Hayes’ entire real estate career has centered on Cape Cod where he owned and managed a leading full service agency from 1977 to 1999, at which time the company was acquired by a national real estate entity. He has sold real estate on Cape Cod since 1976 and possesses exceptional market knowledge. Hayes holds the prestigious CRB designation, Certified Residential Brokerage Manager, conferred on less than 3% of managers nation wide. He has served as a Director of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® and is involved with numerous community and civic organizations.
