With just a quick glance of Trish Griffin's background, you will understand why old Cape Sotheby’s is proud to have a woman of her professional experience.Trish comes to Cape Cod from Manhattan where she left her position as Financial Director of a book division within Time, Inc. that she established from its’ infancy and oversaw for nine years.  Her business leadership skills were forged in 14 years at Time where she held various management positions.  Her early years were spent at Time Inc's Central Building Division where she oversaw the various facets and allocations of their New York City and out of town leases and real estate needs.  Prior to Time Warner, she worked for Prudential Realty in Boston in residential and commercial property management.Not surprisingly, Trish is an experienced real estate investor, with land investments in Central America, and a summer rental property in East Orleans.  Her ultimate goal is to own property in Italy, her second love.  Trish is a member of the National and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, as well as the local Cape Cod and Island Association of Realtors.  She has earned her CIPS pre-designation and with a few more international transactions will be a Certified International Property Specialist.  This blend of skills and professional experience speak of her great focus and intelligence and highest of integrity.  Astute buyers and sellers will be pleased to tap into the talent and resourcefulness of Trish Griffin.
